As a recording artist and classically trained dancer, Mayanicol explores the intersections between music, dance, performance theatre, installation, and film to expand awareness.

(S)HE MATTER ©

(S)he Matter ©, an hour long mixed medium performance piece and installation that examines a dissociated self-perception and the need and struggle for love, acceptance, validation, transformation, and integration.

Mayanicol developed and workshopped (S)he Matter at different residencies, performing it at different galleries.
